FEATURED NOTES MARCH 2010 Charles Eley Appointed to RESNET Board of Directors After eight years of dedicated service, Michael Holtz stepped down a member of the RESNET Board. Michael resigned his position because he is no longer an employee of Architectural Energy Corporation and hence could no longer serve as a representative of rating software developers. The RESNET Board appointed Charles Eley of Architectural Energy to serve the remaining time of Michael’s term. Charles brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the RESNET Board. Mr. Eley is an architect, mechanical engineer and energy consultant with more than 25 years of experience. Charles’s professional career has been devoted to building energy efficiency activities at the city, state, national and international levels. He has actively participated in the development of California’s new building energy codes, as well as those in American Samoa/Guam, Arizona, Australia, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Idaho, New York and Washington, as well as ASHREAIES/ Standard 90.1.
